What are your shipping rates and methods?
All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority or Express Mail. Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages such as pet beds may incur additional charges and will be noted on the product detail page for your convenience.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be processed on an individual basis to ensure additional delivery charges are accurate. Proceed through the checkout process. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be contacted by a Customer Service representative, who will notify you of the additional delivery charge amount and confirm your total before shipping your order.
Do you offer International Shipping?
All International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail - $29.95 or Express Mail - $39.95
Delivery Time: When will I receive my shipment?
Pick of the Glitter Fine Pet Jewelry is uniquely made to order for your furry friend. Our custom items are not mass-produced. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your custom order to ship. You will recieve a confirmation email when your order has shipped. You can obtain the status of your order by going to the customer care page, enter the order confirmation number and click Go!.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Pick of the Glitter goes the extra mile to ensure that all of products are made with the same high jewelry quality as the items we would buy for ourselves. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any of our products may be returned to us for any reason within thirty days after receipt of the item for an exchange or refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
Return Instructions:
Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. Return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials including instructions, etc. Items returned in any other condition are not accepted for return.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with Pick of the Glitter.
Damaged Items and Lost Packages:
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
You must contact us within 30 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
